Craig joined Management Recruiters in 1978 as a recruiter specializing in Management and Technical positions in the food and consumer products manufacturing industries. He was named the Regional Rookie of the Year in 1979.
In 1985 Craig was part of the first group of Certified Senior Account Managers, CSAM, the elite group of MRI recruiters who have passed a 4-hour certification test covering employment law, customer service excellence, and business ethics. Craig is now a CSM, Certified Senior Manager.
As a recruiter, Craig has placed 20+ people with several of his client companies. As a manager, Craig has led MRI Boise to the President’s Award (Top 25% of MRI offices) many times.
Craig became Owner/Manager of Management Recruiters of Boise in 1985. Craig was inducted into Management Recruiters National Hall of Fame in 1986 for outstanding production and service to his clients. In 1994 Craig was elected to Management Recruiters Corporate Advisory Council by his fellow franchisees. Prior to joining Management Recruiters, Craig was a Headquarters Sales Manager for a major consumer products company. He has a degree in Business Administration from Boise State University. His hobbies include gardening, golf, travel, and fly-fishing.

Jamie joined MRI Boise in 2002 and specializes in Food Processing and Consumer Products searches. Before joining MRI Boise, Jamie was a plant Quality Assurance Manager for a division of ConAgra Foods. With over 10 years of food manufacturing industry experience in Regulatory Affairs, Labeling Compliance, QA, and Production Management, Jamie has a unique ability to find highly qualified people for our client companies. Jamie excels in interpreting his client companies’ technical needs and selling candidates on the challenge and opportunity.

Therese joined MRI Boise in 2009 and specializes in the Cosmetics, Health & Beauty Aids, and Consumer Products industries. With a strong background in Credit and Capital Equipment Funding, Therese also specializes in Accounting, Finance, and Credit Management searches. Therese has a BS in Business Administration from Ferris State University in Michigan. Before joining MRI, Therese was a Senior Account Executive for a capital funding company. Her career assignments also include 12 years sales management and training experience in the Cosmetics Industry and 3 years with Mobile Oil as a Sales & Marketing Representative. She also worked for The Idaho Business League as an Account Manager. Therese’s hobbies and interests include running, spending time with her 3 daughters, travel, and skiing.
Angela Shippy
Office Manager/Search Project Manager

Angela joined MRI Boise in 1998 as the office Administrative Assistant. Since that time, she has become an essential part of our business as the Office Manager and Search Project Manager. Angela manages all administrative, internet e-recruiting and e-marketing activities, purchasing, and information technology systems for our company. She is a key factor in facilitating our staffing solutions for clients as well as candidates. Angela has been recognized many times for the prestigious MRI Pacesetter Award for outstanding performance. Angela is a graduate of the ITT Technical Institute Legal Secretarial Program. She enjoys family activities with her husband and two sons.
